MENTAL HEATH WEBINAR

TOP 3 ISSUES KIDS WORRRY ABOUT THEIR PARENTS

Parenting is joyful and difficult. It entails nurturing, supporting, and role-modeling a youngster. It takes patience, devotion, and a readiness to adjust as the child grows. From instructing, to mentoring and to friendship and everything in between.

Believe me, I am still learning.

Parenting Gen Z (born from 1995 as well as 2012) can be tough due to increasing use of the internet, social media, and our fast-paced the environment. Setting computer usage limits, managing bullying on the internet, and helping them manage academic and social expectations are regular issues. To address these problems and support their well-being, parents must stay aware and active.

In concluding this first phase of ” KIDS WORRY ABOUT THEIR PARENTS, TOO!!!” Webinar, we will be speaking with Debbie BORO WARITIMI, a mum, serial entrepreneur, adult and marriage counsellor who has had opportuniies to mother her own biological child and many many others.

In particular, we will be focusing on the following topics:

  • The influence that parents’ actions have on their children; the ways in which parents handle their own emotions.
  • Behaviors handed down from generation to generation that are putting a strain on children’s mental health and what we can do differently
  • Her take on the study.

Join me and Pastor Debbie at 8pm on Friday, April 28th to discuss the implications of these and more
