Hmmm…. A lot of it resonated. I really liked your comments about “how you know you have forgiven someone” apparently I thought I had forgiven but it appears I may have some more work to do on myself 😂😂🙏🏿
Mrs. O
That forgiveness story was phenomenal.
The story of the male speaker was really thought provoking.
The Female speaker telling the story of her class mate and how that people casino games should be intentional about paying attention to casinos ohne oasis others when it really matters is important also enabled me to reevaluate what I do with my relationship with others.
All this, I don’t have time, I don’t have time is just an excuse alot of times.

MY JOURNEY THROUGH DEPRESSION
2022 was ushered in amidst great expectations and very valid plans. I was on my mark, set and ready for the new year’s takeoff. Then from no where, sickness struck. Not me but my little boy. All prescriptions, even by the paediatric specialists failed. Then came unenvisaged extended family crisis with associated financial and emotional capital to be sports betting invested in order to achieve a solution. Then came academic bet https://yellowbet.ke/en/sportsbook/upcoming and career advancement deadlines which needed to be met. With the pressure from all this and from several other work place stressors, I convinced myself that I’m justified expressing regrets over the many decisions I’ve ever taken in life; some of which yielded poor results. That was how slowly but steadily I slipped into depression., moderate depression aviator bet tanzania https://gsb.co.tz/en/sportsbook/upcoming . And then fear and anxiety took over. I saw all roads closed and my life probably ending short of my life’s most wonderful dreams.
At this juncture I contacted a mental health specialist who placed me on antidepressants. Then I reached out to Mrs Stella Chinyere Nwankwo, a wonderful yellowbet guinée woman I’d gotten to know through a colleague. She became my counselor and instituted 3 key interventions: videos, psycho-education and physical exercise. We x-rayed my situation and mapped out a plan to work on and handle the many issues that were literally eating me up. We set deadlines and milestones. She called almost every day for us to discuss any progress made. She sent me videos to watch and encouraged me to do those things that could help resolve my depression and get me off the drugs earlier than might otherwise be possible. Insomnia became a big challenge as well. Stella encouraged me even as I took my drugs and got spiritual support from family and friends. With the exercise tanzania casino online https://gsb.co.tz/en/sportsbook/upcoming , I started with three thousand steps per day and gradually increased 10 thousand steps on one occasion. From 5 goals initially set, we gradually moved to 2 and honed in on one which was finally achieved. Barely 3 months down the line, I’m out of depression. My carrier achievement deadlines were met. We will reset the focus on another goal and commence work on it. I remain eternally grateful to Stella for her role in helping me come out of depression even when she, being human, definitely has her own personal challenges. May the hands that water be watered.

Stay Motivated
The sessions have been amazing. I’ve learnt a lot and I’ve grown so much in the past months with a lot of help from the sessions. I was at a mental space I couldn’t really define when we started the sessions but now,I am sooo much better and healthier, i know things to do when things get overwhelming,I know how to control my emotions. I know how to take control of my situation better. I learnt sooo much and im glad I learnt them. I was also a person who barely ever opened up but the sessions felt like a safe space where I could really talk without tension and im grateful for that.

I am Sandra Adege. An Edo lady, based in Lagos.
I believe that having you (Mrs Stella Okoli) as my marriage counselor was one of the best things that happened to myself and my fiancé. You helped us be more confident about a delicate issue (And be wiser handling it) because your sessions are just so practical.
We feel a lot more at ease towards marriage as an institution of forever, than before we were under your counsels.
My major learning is to keep working on myself as an individual and that forgiveness is a journey. I remember a vulnerable moment during one of our sessions, I cried like a baby🤭. Thank you for being a blessing to us ma, God bless you.
Mrs. Sandra
Thank you for the session. I’ve been suppressing a lot of childhood and adulthood trauma. I’m confronting stuff headon now, and teaching my girls never to let trauma take control of them.
Igho
Wel-done Sis.
That was sooo soothing to see someone overcame such stigma and came out strong. Keep doing the good work. Even though network didn’t allow me to concentrate, but I gained a lot. I invited my hubby too😇

You have been through it, and still researching through the whole episode. This is very needful in the society. And who else to stir the world to that direction but YOU. I have always admired your tenacity. More grace!!

I saw your banner on a WhatsApp page and I couldn’t but stop to read .
The header literarily hijacked my attention and sincerely I can tell you how valuable is for me.
Mental health issues in general needs to be addressed every second.
Let me use this opportunity to appreciate and commend you for your strength and courage. Listening to you share your experience inspired me.
I respect you dear woman of God, and from my heart I truly love you.
Thank you for your courage.
You are a hero, my hero.
Thank you

I am more motivated right now to commence work on my vlog. I have always known that there seem to be information overload in certain subjects while others seem to be deliberately avoided and the latter hosts in my opinion, the little foxes that spoil the vine. Rediscovering you has made it even clearer to me that we need to talk, the body needs to discard the masks and talk with open faces.
Big sis, I want to thank God for your life and for your courage. I believe also that there are ample opportunities for collaboration and I intent to share them with you forthwith.
By God’s grace, I am currently leading a team that is setting up a television station for a client and i intend to simultaneously develop independent contents in personal transformation.
